Liquid Aerosol Generator
The liquid aerosol generator is a two-fluid atomizer, which can produce uniform and stable aerosol with an aerosol particle size distribution of 1-4μ m, meeting the inhalation requirements.
01.The invention is applied to aerosol generation of liquid and soluble substances, and the generated aerosol particle size meets the requirements in the fields of inhalation infection, inhalation toxicants, inhalation immunity and the like.
02.It is suitable for aerosol generation of rare samples or samples difficult to obtain in large quantities.
03.It is suitable for the occurrence of microbial aerosol with little damage to microorganisms, and can be applied to the study of animal inhalation infection models, etc.
04.It is applied to the preparation of standard particles and the calibration of aerosol detection instruments.
01. Aerosol particle size distribution mm ad1-4um; GSD1.5-3, meeting OECD 403 and other inhalation standards;
02. Impact atomization is adopted, so that heat is not generated, and the liquid sample can be generated into uniform and stable aerosol;
03. Suitable for all kinds of water-soluble, oil-soluble and some fine particle stable suspension liquid samples;
04. The whole body is made of 316L medical grade stainless steel, polytetrafluoroethylene and high borosilicate glass. It is corrosion resistant and can be autoclaved.
