The instrument is used to conduct nose-only exposure tests for rodents (rats, mice, guinea pigs, ferrets, rabbits, etc.) exposure to gas, vapor, liquid aerosols, solid aerosols, nanoparticle aerosols, etc. It can ensure inhalation dose consistency of the same test group, realize online monitoring of concentration aerosol and real-time sampling, and achieve the leading level of poisoning evenness and stability through a high precision control system.
Nose-only exposure tower has stainless steel double cores with positive pressure in inner core and negative pressure in outer core to ensure waste gases exhaled by animals without contamination or aerosol dilution.
The evenness and stability error of each exposure port's mass concentration during tests for gas is within ±8%, for liquid aerosol is within ±10%, while for dust aerosol is within ±20%, which conforms to technical requirements of OECD inhalation guidelines.
Negative pressure protection system can guarantee the safety of personnel.
Waste gas can fully meet Safety Emission Standards after treatment.
Functions can fully meet requirements of GLP laboratories, for example, user classified management, audit trail, data unerasable and electronic signature, etc.
