Specially designed for aerodynamic particle size distribution tests for inhalers, multi-stage cascade impactor consists of an intelligent pump, pressure detector, cascade impactor, pre-separator (specially for DPIs), induction port and accessories. It conforms to USP, Ph.Eur. and ChP 2020. 

Contain 7-stage impactors and micro-orifice collector (MOC), easy to open, collect samples from collection cups and prepare for analysis.

With 8 removable collection cups, for easy cleaning and replacement.

Used for APSD tests for MDIs/DPIs/Nebulizers. Dry powder can be tested with a pre-separator, effectively removing coarse particles of 10-15 microns.

The collection cup is the impact surface placed on a tray which could facilitate sampling and directly under nozzles. The tray facilitates efficient sample collection.
